The investment was led by prominent firms including Yaletown Partners, Exposition Ventures, George Kaiser Family Foundation, and Carya Ventures.
Total Funding and Strategic Vision
With this latest round, OLOID has now secured a total of $23 million in Series A and A1 financing, backed by notable investors such as Dell Technologies Capital, Honeywell Ventures, and Westwave Capital. This capital will be instrumental in supporting the startup’s expansion efforts and enhancing its innovative product offerings.

OLOID specializes in physical identity and access technology, dedicated to providing converged cyber and physical security solutions tailored for modern workplaces. By focusing on secure and privacy-forward authentication, OLOID connects and manages workplace security seamlessly, integrating with HR, IT, and various record systems to unify cyber and physical identities across organizations.
Purpose of the Fundraising
The newly raised funds will primarily support OLOID’s ongoing development and expansion, particularly by strengthening its engineering and product development teams in India. The startup serves major Fortune 500 companies in the U.S., leveraging India’s rich talent pool to drive its technology solutions forward.

The funding will also allow OLOID to continue enhancing its platform, which features touchless access control through multi-modal biometric authentication. OLOID’s solutions are designed to integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructures, enabling organizations to modernize their physical security systems without significant disruptions.
OLOID’s Growth and Future Plans
Since raising its Series A funding, OLOID has experienced an impressive 600% increase in revenue and forecasts 200%+ revenue growth in 2024. The company aims to broaden its customer base, targeting hundreds of enterprise clients, each expected to deliver a seven-figure annual contract value.
To facilitate this growth, OLOID plans to hire over 100 new employees by 2025, further enhancing its engineering and product development teams in India. The startup currently provides its passwordless authentication platform to over 30 leading companies in the U.S., including major brands like Tyson Foods and Flex.
