At just 18, when most teenagers are deciding their college majors, Manan Shah was busy plotting a nightlife revolution.
The turning point came one night when Shah, then a student fresh out of Bombay Scottish School, was denied entry to a popular club — without reason. Frustrated but fueled, he made a quiet promise: if he couldn’t enter the club, he’d create one of his own. From rejection to reinvention, Shah’s story reads like a masterclass in turning setbacks into opportunities. With a degree from the University of York and no formal business background, he navigated the skepticism of his family and an industry resistant to young entrants.
