Futurense works with IITs, IIMs, and leading enterprises to design programmes that meet this requirement. More than 25,000 students and professionals have already been trained through these programmes, which are structured to deliver immediate employability outcomes.
Preparing an AI-Native Workforce
Futurense is building professionals who can meet the expectations of the AI economy. Raghav has described his vision of making Futurense the “gurukula of tech,” emphasising immersive, rigorous, and industry-aligned training. The curriculum covers AI, data engineering, generative AI, cybersecurity, embedded systems, and other high-demand areas. Candidates with one to five years of experience undergo intensive two-month in-person training in Bengaluru and other centres, after which they are deployed with client companies.
This approach ensures that talent is not only technically skilled but also industry-ready, with exposure to workflows and expectations that are directly relevant to their employers. Unlike conventional programmes that emphasise theory, Futurense’s model is anchored in practical application and enterprise integration.

Futurense is contributing to this shift by building direct pipelines that connect education with industry demand and by expanding opportunities beyond metropolitan centres into tier 2 and tier 3 towns. In 2023, the company announced plans to hire more than 600 data engineers, even as global uncertainty and layoffs affected many industries, underscoring Raghav’s belief that demand for skilled professionals in analytics and AI will continue to grow. By customising training and coaching, Futurense prepares professionals for deployment across sectors such as banking, financial services, insurance, and healthcare, all of which face rising demand for AI and data expertise. This approach not only provides enterprises with job-ready talent but also strengthens India’s position in the global economy as a reliable hub for AI-skilled professionals.

Raghav’s vision of Futurense as the “gurukula of tech” extends into the company’s global ambitions. In 2024, Futurense launched the Futurense Leadership Council, India’s first AI think tank connecting industry and academia to address future talent requirements. By mapping skills, co-creating curricula, and offering mentorship and career guidance, the council ensures that learning remains aligned with real business needs. Alongside these initiatives, Futurense continues to expand partnerships with institutions and enterprises, preparing to take its skilling programmes into international markets.
