Abhinav Arora is building Parlexa for the next phase of AI adoption

Artificial intelligence is producing a new kind of business problem.

There are AI tools for almost every function inside a company today from sales and marketing to customer support, HR, finance, software development and operations. But as the number of products grows, finding the right solution is becoming increasingly difficult for businesses.

This is the space Abhinav Arora is entering with Parlexa.

Founded in January 2026, Parlexa is a First- AI marketplace where businesses can discover, evaluate, and deploy AI solutions across different functions. The idea is to bring an increasingly fragmented AI ecosystem into one place and make it easier for businesses to understand what is available and what could work for them.

Abhinav’s own career has given him experience on the business and execution side. Before Parlexa, he worked across marketing, production, and creative roles and later co-founded Comswoms Media, working on branded campaigns across F&B, D2C, and government sectors. That experience brought him close to the way businesses think about problems, evaluate solutions, and turn ideas into execution.

Parlexa represents a shift from working around individual brands to building a platform for businesses more broadly.

Building a Marketplace around AI

The central idea behind Parlexa is relatively straightforward: businesses should not have to search across hundreds of websites to figure out which AI solution can solve a particular problem.

Its marketplace currently features more than 200 verified AI tools and agents across categories including AI and LLMs, marketing and sales, customer experience, enterprise automation, HR, healthcare, fintech, retail, developer infrastructure, and logistics.

Businesses can use Parlexa’s AI Finder to search based on a requirement, discover relevant solutions, and compare them across information such as pricing, features, and integrations. They can then request a demo directly from the vendor.

For Abhinav, the opportunity is not simply to create a database of AI products. It is to make AI discovery more useful for the people actually responsible for adopting these technologies inside businesses.

From Tools to Workflows

The next layer of Parlexa is around how these products work together.

Businesses often do not have a single AI requirement. A sales team, for example, could need different solutions for finding prospects, qualifying leads, sending outreach, and managing accounts.

Parlexa has started creating AI bundles around such workflows. Its sales prospecting-to-closing kit brings together multiple AI solutions across the sales journey rather than treating each tool as an isolated product.

The company also says its intelligent matching engine can analyse more than 10,000 enterprise models to help construct automated workflows around specific use cases.

This is where the larger proposition begins to emerge.

Parlexa is trying to move from being a place where businesses find AI tools to a platform that helps them understand how AI can be put together around a business process.

The Early Journey

The company itself is still young. Parlexa began as an idea Abhinav had seven months ago, followed by months of building and uncertainty around whether an AI-native marketplace could become a viable product. The first customer feedback eventually gave the company an early signal from the market. But that is only one part of the journey.

The larger task now is building enough depth, trust, and relevance for Parlexa to become useful to businesses navigating an increasingly crowded AI ecosystem.

What Abhinav is building

The AI market is moving from experimentation towards adoption. Businesses are no longer asking only what AI can do; they are increasingly looking at where it can fit into their operations and which products are worth implementing.

That creates an opportunity between AI companies building the technology and businesses trying to decide what to use.

Parlexa is being built for that space.

Abhinav’s ambition is to create an adoption layer connecting AI companies and business buyers, one where companies can discover solutions, compare them, and eventually build the AI workflows that make sense for their operations.

For a founder who has spent much of his career turning ideas into campaigns and businesses, the current challenge is considerably larger. He is now trying to build the marketplace through which businesses can navigate one of the fastest-growing technology ecosystems in the world.
