According to the DRHP, here’s the ownership breakdown before the IPO:

  • Peak XV leads with a 22.7% stake.
  • Verlinvest and Investcorp Growth follow with 9.89% and 9.39%, respectively.
  • SAI Global Investment holds 5.35%.
  • Elevation Capital and Paramark Fund also own significant chunks at 4.73% and 1.65%.
  • Among the founders, Ankit Garg owns the largest share at 33%.
