This Fintech Startup Just Raised $11 Million to Give Millions of Indian Employees Instant Control Over Their Money

Imagine getting instant access to your salary, managing credit, and optimising your finances—all through one app. That’s exactly what Gurugram-based fintech startup SalarySe is doing, and investors are betting big. The company has raised $11.3 million in a Series A funding round led by Flourish Ventures, with Susquehanna Asia VC and existing investors joining in, taking total funding to $16.6 million.

Founded in 2023 by Piyush Bagaria, Saumeet Nanda, and Mohit Gorisariya, SalarySe is shaking up India’s financial landscape. The platform partners with top banks like HDFC Bank and RBL Bank to offer salary-linked credit-on-UPI products, instant salary advances, and smart financial management tools.

The Startup Changing How Salaried Employees Access Money

With direct integration into HR systems, SalarySe gives employees real-time access to salary advances, credit management, and financial insights. From small everyday payments to larger financial planning, the platform solves a key problem for India’s 1.5 million salaried employees. Plans are already underway to expand its reach to 20 million employees over the next two years.

Piyush Bagaria, Co-Founder, said, “Salaried employees are the backbone of India’s economy, yet they often face limited access to transparent financial solutions. With this funding, we aim to redefine salary-linked financial products and empower employees to take full control of their finances.”

Investors Are Betting Big

Flourish Ventures led the Series A round, with participation from Susquehanna Asia VC and existing investors like Peak XV Partners’ Surge and Pravega Ventures. Experts say SalarySe’s innovative approach addresses a huge market gap—helping millions of employees access funds faster and manage their money smarter.

The startup’s all-in-one platform combines payroll, banking, and credit services, eliminating delays and inefficiencies from traditional financial systems. Employees now have the tools to optimise their spending, make timely payments, and plan for long-term financial growth.

Massive Expansion Plans

The new capital will enable SalarySe to expand its enterprise client base from 100 companies to over 1,000. Employees across India will soon have access to advanced financial tools, from salary advances to real-time credit insights—all via a single, easy-to-use app.

The startup is also investing in technology improvements to streamline onboarding, enhance security, and integrate with more banks and HR software. These upgrades will make it easier for companies to adopt SalarySe’s solutions, creating a ripple effect across India’s workforce.

Why This Matters

SalarySe is leading a new wave in fintech by giving salaried employees unprecedented control over their money. With AI-driven insights, instant salary access, and credit management, the app empowers millions to save smarter and spend more efficiently.

With $11 million in fresh funding, SalarySe is not just expanding—it’s transforming how India’s employees access and manage their money. The era of instant, salary-linked financial empowerment has arrived, and it’s set to change the lives of millions.
