Physics Wallah’s School of Startups Unveils Aarambh 2.0 to Empower India’s Aspiring Entrepreneurs
Physics Wallah’s School of Startups is back with its second cohort of Aarambh — a five-day residential program designed to help the next generation of entrepreneurs launch their startups with real-world insights and hands-on guidance. Founded by Physics Wallah’s dynamic duo, Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari, the initiative aims to nurture young minds from across India, giving them the tools, mentorship, and expertise they need to succeed.
Aarambh 1.0 was a resounding success, with participants from over 10 states, from Bihar to Kerala, gathering for a transformative entrepreneurial experience. The first cohort saw participation from aspiring founders who brought unique ideas to the table, such as platforms connecting local shopkeepers to customers and a venture focused on eco-friendly organic fertilizers to help farmers.
Mentorship at the event came from distinguished leaders, including Shantanu Deshpande (CEO of Bombay Shaving Company), professors from renowned institutions like IIM and DTU, as well as senior PW executives such as Vineet Govil (CTPO) and Yogesh Shukla (VP of Product). Key themes included product development, brand building, and mastering the art of pitching to investors.
The closing day of Aarambh 1.0 featured a heartfelt address from Alakh Pandey, who encouraged the youth to shift from job seekers to job creators, a message he passionately believes will help shape India’s future. “The growth of our youth directly correlates with the growth of our nation,” Pandey said.
Building on the success of the first cohort, Physics Wallah is launching Aarambh 2.0 on November 19, 2024 at their Noida campus. This new chapter will continue to spread the entrepreneurial dream across India, further solidifying PW’s commitment to shaping the future of India’s startup ecosystem.
With the program now live, more young founders will have the opportunity to transform their ideas into successful ventures, equipped with all the right tools and insights.
