InsuranceDekho, one of India’s fastest-growing insurtech platforms, has launched its first-ever ESOP liquidity program worth $2 million. About 150 current and former employees participated in the program through a secondary sale, marking a significant step in rewarding talent and strengthening employee ownership culture.
