Innov8 Workspaces, an innovative operator of flexible workspaces, saw a marked improvement in its profitability in FY26 as increased revenue growth, occupancy, and network expansion boosted its profitability immensely.
The company witnessed a rise in its net profit to ₹13.8 crore from ₹1.2 crore recorded in the previous fiscal period. This marked increase in profit was accompanied by a considerable growth in the operating income, underscoring the fact that the firm is growing in size in the flexible workspace industry in India.
The operating income witnessed a 76% increase to ₹201.3 crore in FY26 from ₹114.5 crore recorded the previous fiscal period. Additionally, the company’s EBITDA net of lease increased by 64.6% to ₹49.4 crore in FY26.
Growth through Network Expansion
The company kept on increasing its physical presence through FY26. During the financial year, Innov8 added 16 centers to its network and concluded the year with 58 centers in operation across its network.
Network expansion extended after FY26 as well. Innov8 added an additional 14 centers to bring its network total to 72 centers by July 2026.
Network of centers plays a crucial role in the growth strategy of Innov8, which aims at meeting the demands of businesses and professionals for flexible office infrastructure in major markets of India.
Targeting 101 centres across 22 cities
Innov8 has set an ambitious expansion target for FY27, aiming to operate 101 centres across 22 cities.
The company plans to strengthen its presence in existing markets while entering additional cities, including Kochi, Coimbatore, Kolkata and Jaipur. The expansion is expected to increase its overall capacity and broaden its reach among companies seeking flexible workspace solutions.
The company’s FY26 performance comes as India’s flexible office sector continues to expand, supported by changing workplace preferences and demand for scalable office spaces.
With revenue crossing ₹200 crore, profitability improving substantially and its network reaching 72 centres by July 2026, Innov8 is entering FY27 with a larger operating base and plans for further expansion.
