From Healthcare to Home Makeovers: PharmEasy Founders Launch $120M Startup to Disrupt India’s Interior Design Market

Three of the brains behind India’s biggest healthcare unicorn, PharmEasy, are shaking things up again — but this time, they’re redesigning your living space! Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah, and Hardik Dedhia, the trio who built PharmEasy into a household name, have just revealed their latest venture: All Home, a bold new startup aiming to revolutionize India’s chaotic and fragmented interior design and architectural market — valued at a staggering $60 billion!

Why Interior Design? Why Now?

India’s interior design industry is famously unorganized, with millions of customers struggling to find trustworthy brands and seamless services. The All Home founders spotted this massive gap and decided it was time for a tech-driven makeover.

“Consumers want to invest more in their homes and workplaces but face challenges accessing the right products and services,” Dhaval Shah explained. The platform will serve as a partner-led investment and enablement hub, teaming up with top brands in categories like sanitaryware, furniture, kitchen fittings, lighting, and more.

Power Trio Takes on New Roles

After stepping down from their operational roles at PharmEasy earlier this year, the founders are leveraging their expertise in new ways at All Home. Dharmil Sheth heads operations, Shah manages brand, finance, and compliance, while Hardik Dedhia leads technology. Despite their shift in focus, all remain involved as board members or observers at PharmEasy’s parent company, API Holdings.

Already Making Waves: Early Wins and Big Valuation

Operating in stealth mode for the past six months, All Home has already partnered with well-known names like Colour Coats, House of W, and Fiamarc, with plans to onboard more brands soon. Even more impressive? The startup is already profitable and growing — a rare feat in India’s startup scene.

While the founders haven’t disclosed the exact funding amount, insiders confirm that the valuation for this new venture has hit an eye-popping $120 million. The latest funding round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners (early backers of PharmEasy) and included heavyweight investors like PharmEasy co-founder and CEO Siddharth Shah, Motilal Oswal’s top financial minds, and B Capital’s Kabir Nar.

What This Means for the Market

All Home’s entrance signals a massive shift in India’s interior design landscape. The startup promises to bring much-needed order and innovation to a sector long dominated by informal players and scattered supply chains. Customers can finally expect a tech-enabled, seamless experience combining top-notch brands and services.

Meanwhile, What’s Happening with PharmEasy?

The launch of All Home comes as PharmEasy revives its IPO plans after shelving its initial offering two years ago. The healthcare giant has faced some bumps with declining revenues and valuation through FY24, but FY25 results are awaited. The new venture by its founders shows their relentless ambition to tap into emerging opportunities beyond healthcare.

The Future Looks Bright for All Home

With a robust founding team, strategic partnerships, and deep pockets backing it, All Home is poised to become the go-to platform for all things interior design in India. Whether you’re upgrading your kitchen or remodeling your office, this startup could soon be your best friend — just like PharmEasy was for your healthcare needs.
