At just 15 years old, Saira Chahal founded Shiksha Sabh Ke Liye, driven by a vision to improve the quality of education for underserved communities in India. What began as a small initiative in Chandigarh has now grown into a fully functioning NGO operating in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and Jalandhar, with outreach drives reaching several other cities across Punjab.
The NGO’s mission is clear: to make education accessible for every child, ensuring it is treated as a fundamental right rather than a privilege. Every year, Shiksha Sabh Ke Liye provides books to over 200 children across multiple cities, helping bridge educational gaps and addressing the foundational learning needs of young students.
