India’s primary market is set for another busy week, with 20 companies scheduled to launch their IPOs and 20 companies lined up for stock-market listings from September 28. Collectively, the 20 companies opening their public issues are looking to raise nearly Rs 1,292.12 crore, including Rs 594.92 crore through mainboard IPOs and Rs 697.20 crore through SME offerings.
The latest IPO activity comes after a strong September for the primary market. So far this year, 96 companies have launched mainboard IPOs, raising a total of Rs 1,12,928.6 crore. In September, 34 companies have raised Rs 39,255.16 crore through public issues. In the SME segment, 179 companies have launched public issues worth Rs 8,396.52 crore this year, including 52 issues amounting to Rs 2,241.3 crore in September.

Four of the 20 IPOs scheduled next week belong to the mainboard segment. Shah Investor’s Home and Bengaluru-based IT solutions provider SRIT India will open their IPOs on September 28. Shah Investor’s Home is raising Rs 90.17 crore through 53.99 lakh shares at the upper end of its Rs 159-167 price band. SRIT India aims to raise Rs 218.4 crore through 1.68 crore equity shares at a price band of Rs 123-130 per share. Both issues consist entirely of fresh shares.
On September 30, Vishal Nirmiti and Nityas Gems & Jewellery will launch their public issues. Vishal Nirmiti plans to raise Rs 178 crore, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 145 crore and an offer-for-sale of 15 lakh shares worth Rs 33 crore. Its price band is Rs 208-220 per share. Nityas Gems & Jewellery is targeting Rs 108.42 crore through a 1.44-crore-share IPO, with a price band of Rs 70-75 per share.
The SME segment will account for the remaining 16 IPOs. Among them, Acme India Industries will have the largest issue at Rs 121.69 crore, followed by Paramount Syntex at Rs 81.78 crore and Peshwa Wheat at Rs 73.26 crore. Eight companies are scheduled to open their IPOs on September 30, making it the busiest day of the week for new issues.
Several IPOs that opened earlier will also close next week. Moneyview and A-One Steels India are scheduled to close on September 28, while Acevector, Runwal Enterprises, Orient Cables and German Green Steel & Power will remain open until September 29.
The listing calendar will also remain active. A total of 20 companies — seven mainboard and 13 SME firms — are scheduled to begin trading next week. Varmora Granito will be the first mainboard company to list on September 29, followed by Elevate Campuses, Adroit Industries (India), ArMee Infotech and Swastika Infra on September 30. Moneyview and A-One Steels India are scheduled to list on October 1.
Overall, the coming week will bring a concentrated wave of IPO launches and market debuts, keeping India’s primary market active as September draws to a close.
