This AI Startup Just Raised $1 Million to Fix India’s Broken Car Repair Market

India’s massive car repair and spare parts industry has a big problem: it’s chaotic, unorganized, and stuck in the past. Now, one startup is stepping in with AI to shake things up — and investors are betting big.

AutoDukan, an AI-driven automobile aftermarket platform, has raised $1 million in pre-Series A funding to build what it calls the “intelligent backbone” for India’s car repair and insurance ecosystem.

Investors Back the Vision

The round was led by Choice Group and select HNIs, with continued support from MetroMax Group’s Indian arm and investor Ankit Sajnani. The fresh funds will help AutoDukan expand into more auto-heavy regions, strengthen its AI tech, and form deeper partnerships with insurers, fleet operators, and OEM suppliers.

What AutoDukan Promises

Forget messy supply chains and endless delays. AutoDukan says it will:

  • Predict demand for spare parts with AI-powered insights
  • Streamline procurement and inventory like never before
  • Make insurance claims faster and smarter
  • Empower multi-brand workshops to compete with ease

Why It Could Be a Game-Changer

With more than 300 million vehicles on Indian roads, the aftermarket is a billion-dollar opportunity — but one that’s been left behind by tech. If AutoDukan delivers, it could become the one-stop AI engine that keeps India’s cars running smoothly.

As CEO Gunjan Ruparelia puts it: “We’re not just digitizing procurement. We’re building an intelligent backbone for the automotive repair and insurance ecosystem.”
